 nounce the inaugural Canadian Liberal Arts Fair. If you are studying in th
 e #LiberalArts\, #Humanities\, or any allied discipline\, the Fair is orga
 nized to help you imagine (and even plan) a more concrete and realistic pa
 th toward success\, whatever that might mean for you.\n\nDate & Time: 17 N
 ovember 2018 from 12PM to 4PM.\n\nLocation: Bibliothèque et Archives natio
 nale de Québec (“BAnQ”\; 475 de Maisonneuve East\, Montreal\, QC\, H2L 5C4
 \, metro Berri-UQAM).\n\nAttendance: The Canadian Liberal Arts Fair is fre

 ies Space opens (12:00 PM). We have recruited sponsors who offer all kinds
  of opportunities—volunteering\, academic programs\, internships\, etc.—co
 nnected to the liberal arts\, humanities\, etc.\n\nPanel on Liberal Arts f
 or Professional Success (12:30 – 1:30 PM). We will be interviewing three a
 lumni of programs in the liberal arts\, humanities\, etc.\, to discuss how
  their academic training has nourished their professional success.\n\n\n	An

 + ÉNAP.\n	Paul Sheridan\, ON Ministry of the Attorney General.\n\n\nReflect
 ion Workshop (2:30 PM – 3:30 PM). Our partner Brila Youth Projects will be
  leading a workshop entitled Disconnected in a connected world: How can we
  think together authentically? Participants will reflect together\, demons
 trating some of the key competencies students develop through training in

 ogram\n\n \n\nAbout the CLAA\n\nThe CLAA is an initiative of the Thomas Mo
 re Institute in Montréal\, Québec. The CLAA exists to support and promote 
 the #LiberalArts\, #Humanities\, and connected fields in Canada\, in both 
 formal educational institutions and among the general public. We view the 
 liberal arts broadly as a grouping of disciplines—bound together by a comm
 on educational approach—that participates in an evolving tradition. By “ed
 ucational approach\,” the CLAA envisions a methodical\, self-driven\, open
 -minded pursuit of knowledge and understanding appropriate not only for st
 udents working their way through institutionalized curricula\, but also fo
 r curious\, reflective adults.\n\n \n
