 r\n\n	\n		Eduardo Lima is a Faculty Lecturer at ºÚÁÏÉç\, where he 
 has been teaching finance-related courses since 2016. He earned his PhD in
  Physics from UPenn and his MBA in Finance from ºÚÁÏÉç. Eduardo is also a 
 Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a CFA Charterholder\, capping
  a 20-year career as an actuarial and investment consultant with firms suc
 h as Mercer\, WTW\, Eckler\, and LifeWorks. In his academic role at ºÚÁÏÉç
 \, Eduardo serves as the Academic Program Coordinator for the Finance area
  at the School of Continuing Studies. His responsibilities include oversee
 ing the academic and operational aspects of two graduate programs—the Grad
 uate Certificate in Financial Analysis and the Graduate Certificate in Fin
 ancial Technology — as well as a non-credit program\, the Professional Dev
 elopment Certificate in Residential and Condominium Property Management.\n
