 ilitates workshops for health care professionals and community organizatio
 ns\, including the 黑料社 School of Social Work\, where she is 
 also an internship liaison supervisor. Her 35-year career in Quebec commun
 ity health care spans many roles including frontline social work\, clinica
 l supervisor\, manager\, researcher and trainer.聽\n\nMs. Besner will expla
 in how negative emotions can interfere with our ability to manage difficul
 t situations and offer tools to help us respond constructively to challeng
