 computing refers to the use of computing techniques to address a range of 
 problems associated to different stages of the food life-cycle\, that comp
 rises of production\, sourcing\, processing\, consumption and waste manage
 ment. A food knowledge graph is a structured representation of food-relate
 d entities and the relationships between them. Food knowledge graphs store
  information about individual entities like raw ingredients\, their nutrie
 nts and sources along with properties about recipes that use them like cui
 sines\, origins dietary restrictions\, etc. Knowledge graphs provide reaso
 ning support for advanced food computing tasks like generating personalize
 d recommendations\, gaining insights about communities\, across the food\,
  health\, and agriculture domains. Building a food knowledge graph is howe
 ver a non-trivial task\, as food related information is inherently impreci
 se and noisy in nature. Our work focuses on automating the tasks of buildi
 ng knowledge graphs by acquiring\, resolving and integrating knowledge fro
 m different sources like websites\, books\, personal blogs etc.\, and furt
 her make it ready for automating computational tasks like personalized nut
 rition recommendation\, food recommendations for community health\, food s
 afety analysis and so on. We will share our experiences on building a Food
  Knowledge Graph for India\, FKG.IN\, addressing challenges of imprecise m
 easurements\, multilingualism and uncertainty in processes.\n\n\nABOUT THE
