 hop\, we will explore the fundamental concepts of creativity and how they 
 are conceptualized in the context of artificial intelligence. We will high
 light the critical challenges of defining core concepts such as novelty an
 d utility\; key elements in understanding what constitutes acceptable and 
 qualitative creativity. This discussion will naturally lead to an explorat
 ion of how cultural perspectives shape and redefine AI-driven creative pro
 cesses. Furthermore\, we will delve into the intricate relationship betwee
 n creativity and ethics\, underscoring the importance of establishing guid
 elines for AI-generated creativity. Finally\, we will dive into a specific
  case discussing the legal framework surrounding patents for innovations m
 ade by AI. By focusing on a series of applications and cases from selected
  countries\, we will examine how patent offices and courts handle AI-creat
 ed inventions\, the reasoning they apply\, and the key points they emphasi
 ze.\n\nAt the end of this workshop\, the participants will be able to:\n\n
