We'll fund health-related solutions at the nexus betw een disease\, rapid environmental degradation and climate change caused by unsustainable industrialization\, urban growth and resource consumption p ractices. This initiative will grant funding at least two interdisciplinar y projects with researchers leading from both the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Engineering\, with the larger goal of building a community of interdisciplinary researchers at ºÚÁÏÉç working in global environmental health. These collaborations will have the potential to transform lives a cross the globe\, especially in underserved regions where poverty and poor healthcare dominate.
