Webinar: ALS and Nutrition
Madura Arunasalampillai, dietitian at the ALS clinic at the Montreal Neurological Hospital,Ìýwill explain when it is appropriate to adjust the texture of meals as well as the consistency of drinks, and the reasons for these adjustments. She will also offer nutritional tips for people living with ALS. To complete the webinar, Marie-Michèle Aubé from Épikura will speak about Epikura’s puréed products and the time spent in developing their products. This presentation will be bilingual – Madura will present in English with bilingual slides and Marie-Michèle will present in French with bilingual slides.
