This workshop will be an opportunity to unwind and express yourself in relation to topics around consent and p ersonal empowerment. We will use drama and elements of play to explore tho ughts and feelings around consent\, as well as some role play to rehearse scenarios that may come up. We will also spend some time to be present wit h ourselves as well as each other as we get in touch with our own body bou ndaries. All session will be held in ºÚÁÏÉç's Wellness Hub 3600 McTavish R oom 5001 Session 1: 11-12 p.m.  Session 2: 12-1 p.m. Session 3: 1-2 p.m . Sessions are open to all ºÚÁÏÉç members: students\, staff and faculty. Each 1 hour slot will follow the same theme and build upon participant nee ds and level of comfort. You are welcome to attend 1 or more sessions. B io: Mira Rozenberg is a counselor in the ºÚÁÏÉç Wellness Hub as well as wi th the MasterCard Foundation Scholars. She has focused her therapeutic wor k for over 10 years in healing from symptoms of traumatic stress\, anxiety and PTSD. She is a drama therapist and yoga instructor and integrates a b ody-based approach to her work. D Accessibility: The Wellness Hub buildin g is accessible by wheelchair. There is an elevator at the basement level all the way to the 5th floor.
