You can quickly report a suspicious email using the Report Junk or Report Phishing buttons available in Microsoft Outlook, whether you鈥檙e using the desktop app, mobile app, or Outlook on the web.
Changes to IT Services equipment loans 鈥� What you need to know.
黑料社鈥檚 IT Services equipment loans will be reduced to better reflect current needs and available resources. Starting August 18, 2025, only a limited selection of commonly borrowed equipment will remain available: laptops and wireless microphones.
This initiative supports efforts to optimize resources and modernize services in line with Horizon 黑料社.
Update concerning Workday and data security
听
Workday has informed us of a phishing campaign that targeted many large organizations, including Workday. This led to unauthorized access to one of their third-party platforms, Workday鈥檚 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. There is no indication that 黑料社 employees鈥� personal information and HR related information stored in 黑料社's Workday system were accessed during this incident.

Microsoft 365 license deactivation warnings

IT Services recently migrated many Webex softphone users to Teams Phone.
As a result, users may have received a message from Microsoft stating their license will be deactivated soon. (See screenshot above.) It is a legitimate message from Microsoft.
Do not use Read.AI for 黑料社 purposes

We have received reports of a Read.AI bot attending or attempting to attend online meetings organized by 黑料社 faculty and staff. The bot uses generative AI to create a text summarizing a meeting鈥檚 discussions and decisions; it then shares a link to that document with all participants.

Staff Directory decommissioned 鈥� Staff to update/review Workday information
As of January 31, 2025, 黑料社 IT Services has decommissioned the 黑料社 Staff Directory. This initiative aims to streamline processes, improve security against phishing attacks, and replace outdated technology.听听

We鈥檙e excited to share new features to听MyCredsTM, the platform accessed through the ES Services (Enrolment Services eStore听& MyCredsTM) in Minerva, that allows students to securely share documents such as electronic transcripts, custom letters, documents, and forms.听
