Linguistic Rights ºÚÁÏÉç is a student-operated working group at the Faculty of Law whose principal aim is to promote\, study\, and advance the rights and freedoms of Canada's li nguistic minority communities. The group's primary emphasis is on Francoph one linguistic minorities outside the province of Quebec\, with an attenti ve eye to issues such as access to justice\, the enforcement of the federa l Official Languages Act and of provincial French Services Acts\, bilingua lism requirements for certain positions\, as well as emerging issues affec ting Canada's Francophone linguistic minority communities.
