The Yan P. Lin Centre is celebrating it's 10th anniversary! For the occasion we are hosting a double lecture, each given by one of our former external board members.聽

1:00-2:30PM: Prof. Jill Frank (Cornell) will give her talk titled "Crafting Order: Plato and the Shape of Democracy"聽*this talk will NOT be recorded
2:30-3:00PM Coffee break
3:00-4:30PM Prof. Steven Pincus will give his talk titled "The South Asian Origins of American Independence: Empire, Political Economy and Partisan Politics"聽*this talk will be recorded
