 ify\, assist and advocate for victims of human trafficking\n\nHuman traffi
 cking is a clandestine crime\, operating in secrecy and with little docume
 ntation on its true prevalence and health impact. The United Nations estim
 ates that human trafficking is the third largest source of income for orga
 nized crime\, after arms and drugs.\n\nHowever\, it is also one in which t
 he health care provider can play a crucial frontline role. For this reason
 \, ºÚÁÏÉç’s Steinberg Centre for Simulation and Interactive Lea
 rning (SCSIL) has decided to host a special event to discuss this importan
 t topic.\n\nJoin us on January 18th from noon to 1 pm for a live broadcast
  where a diverse panel representing health care\, education and law enforc
 ement will discuss this important topic. A simulation-based clinical encou
 nter will be presented to illustrate what the health care system can do to
  support victims.\n\nA survivor will also join the conversation to share h
 er emotional trafficking journey from sexual exploitation\, her encounters
  with the health care system\, and her courageous road to recovery.\n\nThe
  discussion will be moderated by:\n\n\n	Dr. Farhan Bhanji – SCSIL Director 
 of Education\n	Niki Soilis – SCSIL Education Manager\n\n\n\n	Panelists will
