 \n	\n	Abstract: The availability of multimodal data for the study of the bra
 in in health and disease has exploded over the past decade\, with many int
 ernational initiatives aiming to make data more accessible to the scientif
 ic community. In addition\, research data are becoming increasingly multim
 odal and longitudinal\, with some studies collecting\, over several years\
 , a wide range of data types\, including behavioral measures\, neurocognit
 ion\, neuroimaging\, audio/video recordings\, smartphone data\, and fluid 
 biomarkers. The availability and richness of these datasets offer exciting
  opportunities for advancing our understanding of brain structure and func
 tion\, but they also present particular challenges for researchers who lac
 k sufficient expertise or computing resources to analyze such data.\n\nIn 
 this presentation\, we will provide an overview of an open-source ecosyste
 m of tools for capturing\, managing\, and analyzing these multimodal datas
 ets\, including those used for the Accelerating Medicines Partnership® for
  Schizophrenia (AMP SCZ)\, one of the largest prospective studies of indiv
 iduals at clinical high risk of developing psychosis.\n
