  tuberculosis is one of the most devastating and severe forms of tuberculo
 sis (TB)\, accounting for 5-10% of extrapulmonary TB\, with high morbidity
  and mortality in 50% of patients. In resource-limited countries in sub-Sa
 haran Africa\, the widespread availability of cross-sectional imaging can 
 be a challenge. AI improvement in the techniques of machine learning (ML) 
 and deep learning (DL) in neuroradiology has primarily focused on neuro-on
 cology\, stroke imaging\, and hemorrhage. The question of exploring the ro
 le of AI in neuroimaging in low and middle-income countries (LMIC) and how
  well it will fare in the setting of images obtained from our own dataset 
 (low-field magnets) remains.\n
