However\, risk stratification for these patients rema ins a significant challenge and the mechanism generating PVCs in a given p atient is usually unclear. In this talk\, we demonstrate how analysis of l ong ECGs with frequent PVCs reveal robust patterns in individual patients as a function of heart rate and time of day. This facilitates the developm ent and calibration of mathematical models based on possible mechanisms fo r the PVCs\, which may help in risk stratification. We will also demonstra te how interactive web applications can aid with such large-scale data and model analyses more generally. Given the advances in wearable technology and the accompanying influx of temporal data\, opportunities lie ahead in the development of tools for a dynamics-based personalized medicine.\n\nTh is seminar will be given online via Zoom.
