Abstract:听The availability of multimodal data for the study of the brain in health and disease has exploded over the past decade, with many international initiatives aiming to make data more accessible to the scientific community. In addition, research data are becoming increasingly multimodal and longitudinal, with some studies collecting, over several years, a wide range of data types, including behavioral measures, neurocognition, neuroimaging, audio/video recordings, smartphone data, and fluid biomarkers. The availability and richness of these datasets offer exciting opportunities for advancing our understanding of brain structure and function, but they also present particular challenges for researchers who lack sufficient expertise or computing resources to analyze such data.

In this presentation, we will provide an overview of an open-source ecosystem of tools for capturing, managing, and analyzing these multimodal datasets, including those used for the Accelerating Medicines Partnership庐 for Schizophrenia (AMP SCZ), one of the largest prospective studies of individuals at clinical high risk of developing psychosis.
