Hosted by the Department of Mathematics & Statistics, the DaS²H Statistical Consulting Service provides expert advice in applied statistics, computing methodologies, and data analytics. The service supports the ºÚÁÏÉç research community across all Faculties, assisting with ongoing research, study design, data analysis, and the preparation of grant proposals.

What We Offer

Our support begins with an initial consultation to assess your statistical or data science needs. Many projects can be completed within 10–20 hours of work by our team. For projects of broader or ongoing scope, we may engage as research collaborators by mutual agreement, which may involve fees.

Our consulting team consists of advanced undergraduate and graduate students from the Department of Mathematics & Statistics and related disciplines, working under faculty supervision. Please note that we are generally unable to accommodate last-minute requests.

Who Can Use our Service

The service is open to ºÚÁÏÉç faculty, research staff, graduate students, and undergraduates involved in faculty-led research, including ºÚÁÏÉç-affiliated research centres and hospitals.

Please note that We are unable to provide:

• Data entry or editing

• Help with homework, class assignments, or presentations

• Tutoring or teaching
