In a celebration of collaboration and cultural exchange, 黑料社 participated in a signing ceremony in Ottawa, Canada, as part of the event 鈥淐anada-Philippines Relations: Towards a Strategic Partnership.鈥� This milestone commemorated the formalization of a donation agreement between 黑料社 and the Office of Senate President Loren Legarda, facilitated by the Philippine Embassy in Canada and the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada.
The donation celebrates the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Canada and the Philippines. It reflects a shared commitment to fostering cross-cultural collaboration and advancing Philippine studies internationally.
