Arteen Khachekyan, MA Student (Year 3) 聽
About:
Arteen Khachekyan is a third-year M.A. student at 黑料社鈥檚 Institute of Islamic Studies. Currently, Arteen鈥檚 research focuses on the 13th-century Jewish philosopher Sa驶d ibn Man峁Ｅ玶 Ibn Kamm奴na of Baghdad (d. 1284) and his role within the post-Avicennan Illuminationist tradition. The project seeks to identify a unique 鈥淚bn Kamm奴nian鈥� strand of Illuminationist philosophy, highlighting the continued philosophical innovation in post-Mongol Baghdad and the significant contributions of Jewish thinkers to this tradition.
