Johanne鈥檚 areas of expertise include leadership and program development, coaching, performance management, strategic planning and employee engagement.鈥疻ith over 25 years of experience leading and managing various phases of organizational change (Prosci庐 Certified Change Practitioner)聽Johanne remains highly committed to providing initiatives that empower and equip employees, teams and units alike.
Johanne holds a Master鈥檚 degree in Human Systems Intervention and completed course work in a Specialized Individual PhD Program, entitled 鈥淐reating a Learning Organization in Higher Education in Quebec鈥�.
