This听90-minute workshop consisting of two sessions will introduce students to a variety of cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to help manage anxiety and mood, including strategies for relaxation, managing stress, and achieving more balanced thinking.听Please plan on attending both dates.

Session 1: Friday, September 26 from 10:30 to 12:00PM

Session 2: Friday, October 3 from 10:30 to 12:00PM

You will receive the invitation to the online meeting via MS Teams 10-15 minutes before the start of the workshop.

Register 24 hours prior to the start time of the workshop to receive the invitation to the online meeting.
